Junior Asset Coordinator - CALVIN KLEIN

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Jr. Asset Coordinator will be an essential member of the CK.com E-Commerce team, for both internal and external asset delivery. The coordinator will work closely with ck.com merchant team, and internal account executives, to track and deliver Calvin Klein images. This member of the team will communicate stock pull needs of the team to the warehouse, and track the logistics of all deliveries to remote studio locations. They will also coordinate any requests for image leverages or edits from the studio, and update all image tracking documents for merchant teams to provide transparency into the publishing timelines.  The Jr Coordinator needs to be extremely efficient in data entry & have extensive experience with Excel.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and update the seasonal assortments in Smartsheets & manage the communication surrounding image completion & acquisition.
• Oversee internal image docs for wholesale & .com to provide a holistic view of styles that have imagery across both channels.
• Use Smartsheets to build out image timelines based on expected “in DC dates” and communicate them to the Site Coordination team.
• Execute weekly site QA of newly published PDP’s.
• Download and distribute images to internal partners that require them.
• Collect and compile image leverage requests in Excel.
• Use Smartsheets/Excel to track and assess data relating to image deliverables and outstanding assets to help inform the buying team on areas of concern.
• Communicate with merchant teams regarding outstanding imagery on a seasonal basis.
• Work closely with digital coordinators, copy coordinator and merch analysts on items OHNL.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

• 1+ year in an asset coordinator role or one of similar capacity
• Experience in Fashion or Retail preferred
• Prior work tracking/analyzing data in Excel essential

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Capability to multi-task and re-prioritize quickly
• Highly professional communication skills (written & oral)
• Ability to work quickly in Excel essential
