Role Overview
As **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. grows, the Marketing team is looking for its newest member to help us deliver more campaigns with high-quality creative deliverables. As **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Creative Project Manager, you are a leader, a collaborative driver, and obsessively organized. You have at least 3 years building and guiding world-class creative production and have proven experience as a champion for excellent work, smooth processes, and optimizing productivity. You love working your way through a project from start to finish and have an excellent handle on the specifics along the way.
The Creative Project Manager will support the day-to-day operations of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s creative development, navigate relationships with our stakeholders, and provide guidance and support in all phases of pre-production, production, and post-production. You’ll report to the VP of Growth and work cross-functionally while fostering close collaboration with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Head of Design. This position can be located in the San Francisco or Portland offices.
The ideal candidate must understand the creative process, from brief to deliverables, in a range of platforms and channels for both digital and analog. An ideal candidate enjoys working with a range of internal teams across marketing, product, the wider company, and external vendors and agencies to help create brilliant work on time and on budget.

At this time, we can only consider applicants with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; unfortunately we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the creative process from brief intake through deliverables
Manage creative workload in short and long-term project planning horizons
Own the creation and management of project plans, and implement an effective system of project intake and status tracking
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
Manage creative resource repository (Digital Asset Management)
Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
Manage 1-3 volunteers who capture content all over the world
Preferred qualifications:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience working with external creative agencies
Experience working with cross-functional internal stakeholders, inclusive of marketing managers, business development, product, and executive teams
Expertise in collaboration and project management tools. For example Slack, Google Suite, Jira, Opal, Dropbox, etc
Ability to prioritize multiple projects, and escalate roadblocks
3 years of experience in creative project management or creative services
Bachelor degree or equivalent
