Terminus is looking for a Creative Services Manager (CSM) to join Professional Services. The CSM ensures our customers’ visions are created and enacted on time and on budget.
They manage the people, processes, and technology that make it happen.
The CSM meets with customers to understand their creative needs and desired outcomes. Once the expectations are agreed to, the CSM orchestrates deliver.
In this role, they delegate tasks, manage delivery, and coordinate outsourcing where needed. They manage a team of creative professionals that could include web developers and graphic designers.
As drafts are created, the CSM will bring the client or other stakeholders back to the table to get their feedback. Finally, the CSM should lead the Creative Service team in analyzing what went well and what needs improvement.

Be the definitive expert on B2B marketing creative design for our customers
Play the role of player-coach by serving as an individual contributor when needed of for the most demanding projects while managing a team of creative professionals and leading them to level up their skill sets.
Own the capacity planning, resource assignment, outsourcing, and line of business reporting for the Creative Services Team
Proactively manage client expectations and deliver exemplary customer service. Meet or exceed the customer’s expectations of knowledge and professionalism.
Escalate any issues that impact successful execution of the work before the customer is negatively impacted.
Become an expert on the Terminus Engage functionality of our platform
Understand and translate customer business goals into successful design concepts
When required, provide detailed reporting and analysis to customers with prescriptive recommendations on design iteration / improvement
Have a thorough understanding of setting up and running mobile, social, email, and display advertising campaigns
Track and maintain accurate client records and hit key engagement milestones using Terminus project management and professional services automation software.
Work with our sales department to promote the value of creative services to new and existing customers. Assist with proposals, RFP responses, and pitches.
Have the ability to sell the value of creative services.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 years experience in providing digital creative services to customers
Demonstrable proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
Demonstrable proficiency in the following : (HTML5, HTML for email, banner advertising, CSS, JQuery)
Experienced program management skills to orchestrate activities across internal and external organizational units to drive time to market and high-quality results.
Demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to effectively manage cross-functional, matrixed organizations made up of Terminus and partner personnel.
Analytical proficiency that enables quantitative and qualitative measurement of validity of proposed strategies and financial impact.
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with keen prioritization and multitasking
5 years of experience using marketing technologies such as (Terminus, Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, ExactTarget, Salesforce, Adroll, Demandbase, Eloqua)
Experience with project management software, such as BaseCamp, MavenLink, Microsoft Project or JIRA.
