In addition to playing a key role in customer experience, you will be partnering with the Store Manager on all aspects of retail business including sales, visual merchandising, marketing, and customer care. Sales and Client Relations:
Achieve store sales goals and other financial targets.
Help to train the team in selling techniques and product knowledge.
Provide the highest level of service for a luxury brand
Act as a brand ambassador for Margaret O’Leary
Stock and Inventory Management:
Communicate with corporate to ensure inventory meets the needs of the business.
Conduct inventory counts, manage RTVs, and overall stock movement.
Ensure accurate and efficient receipt and transfer of all goods.
Execute well organized inventory counts resulting in minimal discrepancies.
Help to attract and recruit successful sales associates and employees capable of being promoted into more senior positions.
Work with store manager to coach the sales team on performance, goals, provide regular feedback and nurture corporate culture.
Motivate the sales team through the creation of a fun work environment.
Maintain all POS functions to ensure accurate store reporting and accounting.
Manage any facilities issues as they arise while controlling operational costs.
Help to merchandise the store and execute window displays in accordance with company directives for collections.
Maintain all display fixtures, lighting and marketing material.
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience (preferably with a luxury brand)
Proven ability to drive sales, execute events and work in concert with marketing
Proven talent for managing and developing a cohesive team
A strong existing network in the industry/community
