Description DESCRIPTION: This role is an integral part of the North America Marketing Operations team. This position helps provide support with the management of allocation, distribution and delivery of all marketing and non-saleable collateral (includes lightboxes, tester units & testers, samples, pre-packs, hygienic supplies and other marketing materials). Point person for the Clinique Skin Diagnostic rollout and maintenance of 2500 Clinique Skin Diagnostic at POS in North America. This position reports directly to the Director North America Marketing Operations. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Samples: \u2022\u00a0Work with Director Marketing OPS to ensure allocations meet the needs and timing of key accounts. \u2022\u00a0Track, maintain and execute the Samples documents to ensure accuracy at all times and communicate all shifts in programming to Director Marketing OPS. \u2022\u00a0Conduct monthly reconciliation of samples to update rolling forecast \u2022\u00a0Summarize and track sampling results and recommend strategies and tactical plans to ensure the most efficient spend of marketing funds with maximum sales impact. Field Request\/Tester Orders: \u2022\u00a0Manage tester requests from the Point of Sale Support \/ Operation Executive. Review and approve requests weekly. \u2022\u00a0Allocate Tester Maintenance items based on needs and inventory availability (i.e. eye shadow tablets, diagnostic tools, mascara wands) \u2022\u00a0Assist with monthly communication to the field, identifying upcoming tester programs and shipments. \u2022\u00a0Maintain listing of collateral items to be added and removed from OTS, and review any collateral items for potential DAVs on a monthly basis. \u2022\u00a0Assist with tester maintenance budget \u2013 including shipments, forecasts, shipping, inventory management and calendarization. New Account Openings: \u2022\u00a0Attend Monthly meeting with Store Design to identify upcoming remodels\/new store openings. \u2022\u00a0Work with Store Design on counter layout and define needs (tester units\/iPads). \u2022\u00a0Work with creative & visual merchandising teams on new store design roll out (Sparkle). \u2022\u00a0NAO Tester orders \u2013 prepare and review with Marketing OPS Asst. Mgr (to incorporate new launch collateral materials). \u2022\u00a0Update Passport Profiles to reflect tester units\/fixtures. Clinique Skin Diagnostic: \u2022\u00a0Manage the communication between the Retailers regarding the rollout of the Clinique Skin Diagnostic, ongoing update to content and connectivity matters, field software updates and compliance. \u2022\u00a0Develop relationship with AE (RBE\/RDE) to maintain the units, troubleshoot issues, logistics and gain feedback on other needs and point person for conference calls on Project \u201cBlue Ocean\u201d Global iPad team and CDW (integrator). \u2022\u00a0Responsible for CMS database (asset assignment sheet) \u2013 building queries, creating reports, and manual updating of inventory, door information, AE (RBE\/RDE) information, units assigned, and Printer allocation. \u2022\u00a0Work with global iPad team regarding \u201cpulse check\u201d on units at POS. \u2022\u00a0Work with Retail store management team, Store design team, and finance team on supporting new store opening\/remodel and allocate units accordingly. \u2022\u00a0Maintain \u201cMaster Spreadsheet\u201d of iPad assignments. \u2022\u00a0Maintain iPad deployment sheet in CDW share drive and communicate each order\u2019s Configuration (differs by retailer, purpose, and region) \u2022\u00a0Work with software developer via blue ocean project team to upload mass data, static changes, and additional add-ons for Door management portion of CMS \u2022\u00a0Update product price in CMS for US and Canada whenever there is price change\/discontinued products. \u2022\u00a0Pull data analysis on current units on connectivity, status and allocation. \u2022\u00a0Responsible to secure iPads from closing doors\/update records. \u2022\u00a0Manage the operating budget for the Clinique Skin Diagnostic and provide updates to the Finance team. \u2022\u00a0Support, evaluate and approve any Clinique Skin Diagnostic RMA and determine next steps. \u2022\u00a0Work with helpdesk, E learning, Global Blue Ocean Project teams on troubleshooting, hardware configuration\/support, application testing, troubleshooting and communications.
