POSITION SUMMARY:  This role requires a seasoned technology delivery leader who solves complex business problems by leveraging technology. Leader of cross-functional teams implementing eCommerce technologies, digital commerce or direct to consumer platforms. Must have a deep understanding of modern software engineering employing enterprise agile product engineering principles, DevOp models and Agile/Scrum development methods for success.  The Vice President, Digital Consumer & Content Engineering will lead a global engineering team as well as drive strategic vendor partnerships to deliver digital commerce technology and direct to consumer solutions for PVH globally. Will establish strong partnerships with other functions including product management, business process, PMO, eCommerce and marketing to deliver business value through technology.This role also requires a results driven leader, passionate about applying program leadership, organizational discipline and technology to transform the retail apparel industry. Will have proven experience in driving transformational change, global scale and positioning the company to incorporate emerging technologies in the space of digital commerce, marketing and content technologies. The role requires a strong ability to build a network and influence senior, cross-functional leaders to resolve issues that may arise to deliver a consistently high service to our technology teams. Will also have a strong understanding of the latest trends and how to incorporate relevant emerging technologies while maintaining daily operations. Will empower team members to make recommendations and provide input in a highly collaborative environment.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:  Own engineering delivery for large scale technology/digital programs.Lead, inspire, and influence to ensure team is success.Act as trusted advisor and establish great rapport with other engineering teams, product managers, business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration.Lead engineering teams distributed across PVH locations globally.Ensure teams have appropriate direction, leadership and balance between short-term impact and long term vision.Understand and set direction regarding the strategic position of their area(s), including ensuring s/he has the required expertise in-house or external, to support it. Work closely with other groups to coordinate strategies, priorities and inter-dependent initiatives; coordination with the other Application Development groups, Architecture teams, Infrastructure groups (eg., Ops, Network, Tech), Information Security/Audit areas, and business units globally.Drive strategic vendor partnerships; ensure vendors deliver to established program/project vision and goals.Understand marketing strategies of PVH brands, and partner with product management leads to define eCommerce / digital commerce technology roadmap(s)Communicate with senior and executive stakeholders across PVH on key technology initiatives – including business benefits, status, progress, and risks/dependencies.Understand the potential use of new technologies in their area as driven by PVH initiatives, vendor capabilities or industry best practices & trends, and informing  peers as necessary.Enforce PMO compliance and adoption within respective teams.Serve as owner for the respective technology stacks and ensure appropriate technology is implemented in alignment with business needs.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:            12+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years of experience working in a project management and team leadership capacity.Strong analytic and problem solving skills and sophisticated communication skills across different audiences and seniority levels.Strong analytic and problem solving skills and sophisticated communication skills across different audiences and seniority levels.Excellent time and project management skills, across multiple concurrent initiatives.Experience leading engineering teams to deliver, deploy and maintain platforms, tools and technologies.Broad understanding of multiple integration technologies.  Strong experience leading globally distributed teams to deliver eCommerce technology solutions or digital commerce products.Experience deploying agile ways-of-working to large globally distributed teams.Experience leading large scale digital transformation and (or) technology implementation programs.Proven experience in developing, presenting and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints within a global scope.Demonstrate a sense of urgency, thoroughness and quality towards assigned tasks/goals.Demonstrated ability of working with and integrating multiple internal and/or external teams including outside technology and consulting agencies.Experience in system design as well as providing guidance on all aspects of SDLC, project management and Change Management across methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Demonstrate excellence in analytical and communication skills, as well as influencing broad technical discussions and decisions.Uses innovative problem solving and critical thinking approaches to proactively solve a broad range of problems across technologies.Expertise in designing and building applications for scalability and redundancy and with global considerations and scalability in mind.Experience managing external (vendor or customer) partnerships.2+ years of experience in Fashion, Retail or CPG industries is preferred.Experience with one of the major eCommerce platforms (Salesforce, Magento, Websphere etc.) as well as other digital / direct consumer solutions.Experience with major MarTech / AdTech / CRM platforms (Salesforce, Google, Adobe, CDP platforms etc.) as well as other digital / direct consumer solutions.Experience with major ECM, CMS, DAM, MAM and other digital content solutions (e.g., Nuxeo, Adobe, CoreMedia, etc.).Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields.Graduate degree is a plus.Skills: Strong knowledge of modern software engineering and enterprise agile developmentStrong knowledge of cloud engineering, DevOps development models (e.g., AWS, Azure)Strong presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills within all levels of the organization.Strong knowledge integration technologies and tools.Logical and thoughtful in approach and influential in presenting solution options.Written and verbal/non-verbal communication skills with internal and external business partners.Problem solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving issues or concerns before they occur or become critical.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, shifting priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously towards agreed upon goals and target dates.Anticipate, identify & escalate issues that may prevent deliverables or introduce risk;
